The sharp (short) side is inserted into the earmold and you pull it until it reaches the corner. Cut off the excess rubber in front of the earmold.

The top is cut according to the height you need and adjusts to the corner of the hearing aid.

You can add a little glue to the joint with the earmold (optional).

When the tube loses its elasticity it must be changed.
