  1. Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

a) You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement a) in all cases in which Earhealth is demonstrably at fault for selling incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping and b) in all cases in which there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty.
b) In any case and for all of the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all of the above cases, the products to be replaced/repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAL, Retail Receipt, etc.). In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

In any case, although we make every effort to accurately indicate the items and prices listed on our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in prices and product characteristics.
