Your hearing aids can be upgraded to a higher level of technology in response to your evolving needs. This can be done whenever you want, after the purchase.

This Unitron innovation offers flexibility for the future, so you can remain satisfied throughout your hearing care journey. In addition, we can upgrade your hearing aids on a trial basis for one month free of charge, and if you are satisfied you move on to a permanent upgrade.

Continuous support and care

Unitron provides continuous support after you purchase your hearing aids so you can get the most out of your listening experience.

You can further personalize your hearing aids yourself using the Unitron Remote Plus app available on your smartphone (on iOS and Android), but some basic settings require configuration by us.

There is also the option of remote setup by us via the Unitron Remote Plus app. However, it is advisable to visit us once a year so that, based on your hearing and the data collected by your hearing aids, we can re-adjust them accordingly.
